On Sunday, June 30th, the HEART of Saguache celebrated the high school graduates of the HEYA (Health Equity Youth Alliance) Program. For all their hard work in advancing Health Equity in the Valley, each graduate received an iPad. The graduates were also treated to a celebratory lunch at the San Luis Valley Brewing Company in Alamosa. The HEYA program continues to empower Valley youth, equipping them with essential skills and confidence to make change in their communities. Congratulations to all the graduates on this remarkable milestone!
