HEYA attended the 2023 Rita J Martinez Youth Leadership Conference in Pueblo on October 19, 2023. Youth participated in workshop sessions on topics ranging from Chicano History, to mental health, to Lowriders, to Curanderas and Indigenous healing. HEYA presented on the Move Mountains work in San Luis and networked with peers from across the state of Colorado.
