Health Equity Youth Alliance

HEART of Saguache's Health Equity Youth Alliance (HEYA) is currently composed of youth living in
the Saguache, San Luis, and Antonito areas. The program brings together young people ages 13 to 19 to form relationships, learn the tenets of health equity, and build capacity to advocate in their communities. HEART is partnering with Move Mountains and Antonito Together on this pilot program. The HEYA program is made possible by funding from the The Colorado Health Foundation.
